Recording Day 3
Yesterday all the lead vocals and a lot of backing harmonies where finished off. The Heroes got the Saturday off so everyone got hammered in their own little way last night in order to enjoy the time off. Tomorrow we will be back in the studio, all going well, to lay down the final backing vocals plus any percussion that may need done then it's simply a case of letting the producer take over. We will be having an 'Private Launch Party' next Saturday for friends etc but hoipefully the material will be out and on the site asap. Music videos to think about now... the joy never ends!

Recording Day 2
Rather quietly we dragged our lazy asses back into the studio today. Absolutely shattered from the first day, Huss and Kid set about laying down the bass and guitars. With all that out the way Huss now just has to look ahead to laying down the vocals and letting the mixing begin. Shouldn't be long now and the schedule seems to be going well. Things will hopefully go alot faster now that Kid doesn't need to tune up every 10 minutes... his vocals are never in tune! *Laughs And Hides*

Recording Day 1
The Heroes began recording today. By the time everything was set up they spend 5-6 hours laying down the drums tracks for four brand new songs; "Livin' Like Me", "Just For The Kids", "Family Name" and "Go". Not only was this Matts first time recording with The Heroes, it was actually his first time recording ever! With all the drums now laid down and smiles on everyones faces The Heroes retreated back to their pavement stones with a smoke, ready for a good nights kip! Highlight of the day: "The look on Robins face when every time he looked at the editting task ahead of him with regards to Livin' Like Me". Quote: "The stairs aren't where I thought they would be?!"

Snowboarding
The Heroes are hitting the white stuff for a week at the end of the month. Snowboarding in Soll that is (tsk tsk to those children in The View). Look forward to some pictures soon after and no doubt some interesting stories also. Have a fun one peeps!

EP:
The Heroes second EP is now in developement, though don't expect it too soon. With Huss and Matt still flat hunting together and Kid in the process of moving there is not a lot of free time. The new 7 track EP has been confirmed though and is set to advance the 3 piece into new areas of sound and pain with ripping fast riffsand an array of new sounds.
Expected later this year the EP will be launched just before...
Gigs:
The Heroes plan to wrestle for the stage once more with plans to start new years gigs in style. Details are currently being kept under wraps but should hopefully follow shortly.

The Heroes are currently working through new ideas for music videos. Expect to see storyboards and invitations shortly.
In the mean time the website is coming along nicely and should be up and running shortly so get those fists powdered up and prepare to roll.
